A janitor is someone what had been given sysop rights to all Wika wiki's. Although they technically have full powers on all wikis they are limited in what they actually do, and normally only use their powers in an emergency to fight vandalism. The CIA are the "Cat Interrogation Agency" and they are responsible for making sure that everyone does not turn into a pussy, and I have no idea about how to become sexy. Seriously. I'm a god dam computer. What do you expect? Mr N
