Gouncyclopedia was on #uncyclopedia and he told me to make a forum here. He says "goodbye forever" and is saying that he isn't going to come back once he's unbanned/unblocked. He'll check in once a month though.

On a more serious note, he was banned because of his failure to listen to admins after he created numerous bad articles, redundant forum posts, and refused to sign his posts correctly.
