User Miley Spears reports a problem with feature "block user".

Description of issue:
On the other wikias I admin, if we block a user we have these three choices:
- 1. Prevent this user from posting on their own Message Wall while blocked
- 2. Automatically block the last IP address used by this user, and any subsequent IP addresses they try to edit from
- 3. Watch this user's user and talk pages
On Uncyclopedia, we don't have choice one, just these two:

If a user is blocked, they can't post on their talk page, and we can't turn this off.
Can staff add "Prevent this user from posting on their own Message Wall while blocked" to our options on http://uncyclopedia.wikia.com?

Hey Miley Spears,
Thanks for contacting FANDOM Support. It looks like Uncyc does have a long-standing custom setting that means talk page editing by blocked users is always disabled.
If we lift this, I believe it will mean that all previously blocked users will be able to use their talk pages. Are you okay with dealing with the effects of that? (I suspect very few would notice, but want to give you a heads-up just in case.)

"Prevent this user from editing their own talk page while blocked" is now an option on Uncyclopedia.
On the other wikias I admin, I always let editors edit their own talk page, even if IPs. So what if they post a message on their own talk page? That's not likely to hurt anything. If it does become a problem, you can always change the block so they can't. I don't think I ever had to change it though, except maybe once when an editor was getting themselves into more and more trouble. So I did it for their benefit, not for me. But it was a temporary block.
Most IPs disappear, but some become productive editors. One of the productive editors on another wikia I admin was originally an IP vandal. He/She grew out of that, and is now productive. If I'd blocked them completely, they wouldn't be.

- I've only admined one wiki that had something like three or four editors, all nice, so never had to deal with this. But as I said before, I personally would strongly recommend we not protect talk pages.
