Repeat Winners

When I originally made this award I said that it should be open to repeat winners (same with foolitzer) just because there isnt going to be a neverending supply of new people, and some people simply do a great job for more than one month. Zim has pretty much ruled the day when it comes to recordings, with most people stopping lately, and while everyone loves winning things, I feel kind of bad for winning an award for recordings when my last was in May. The best in the month should win it, dont worry about spreading it out amongst others so much.
