I just looked at the YouTube of Friday. It has 29,000 likes and a quarter of a million dislikes. I'd bet most of those 29,000 likes were Dexter and a few other comedy fans. Aleister 11:27 22-3-'11
- At this point pop music is absolute self-parody and can't go any further in the lame direction on the okay-to-lame ratio meter. (I am so going to eat those words. It's merely a waiting game.) -- 11:45, Mar. 22, 2011
- "Friday" brought it to a level where people recognize the lameness, thus creating a true okay-to-lame meter. Apparantly this happened in the 1960s when the corporate recording industry co-opted rock music and lamed it, and then the Beatles came along and gave music five quantum leaps in five years, bringing it to a level that corporate music has been trying to destroy ever since. Rebecca Black's "Friday" is near the bottom, so a new upswing is expected. Can another Beatles phenomena emerge? There is hope. In the meantime we (or I) always have Sinead. Aleister 11:52 22-3-'11
- Speaking of the Beatles... -- 12:46, Mar. 22, 2011
- Ah my eyes. That was "Cracked", fuck you very much, took me almost two minutes to load because of their pop up ads and banner crap and advertising up the wazoo. If Uncy ever starts displaying even 1/10 as many of those type of ads I'm outta here. Uncy should become very famous someday, and then go without ads or maybe a few tiny ones along the bottom of the page, never on top or on the sides. Aleister 12:54 22-3-'11
- When Uncyc becomes famous, I'm so selling-out. As long as they pay me, I'll put ads all over my user space, including in my sig. I'll absolutely tear that shit up. I'll gladly bastardize my articles with ads here and there, including the obligatory product placements in the text. I'll even go so far as to change my name to Kip the Burger King. -- 13:07, Mar. 22, 2011

- Woah... How did you know I liked it repeatedly? But only 20 of those thumbs up were by me. MegaPleb • Dexter111344 • Complain here 13:30, March 22, 2011 (UTC)
