Note: This template contains the subst: code inline and therefore cannot be edited normally without damage. Any modified version needs to be uploaded using the Import XML specialpage by an admin (or using some other MediaWiki trick to slip the subst: code past without the actual substitution taking place).

Also also note: As this template is invoked from an inputbox as edit/preload=Template:New_page, instead of being transcluded as a normal template, the <noinclude> tag is of no real use here. Carlb 04:32, 6 February 2006 (UTC)
