Hey, Stupid! Be careful how you use this. Uncyclopedia is supposed to look like an apparently-legitimate encyclopedia. This infobox might help the illusion. On the other hand, it might just make you look like an amateur. Only use this infobox if you can come up with good jokes, and remember that all fields are optional. Otherwise, this infobox will just be a pimple on the buttock that is your article. |
All fields are optional! Hopefully now people can make this funny, as they no longer have to fill everything in.
Use boxtype to set the colors of the infobox; a full list of valid arguments can be viewed at {{Taxobox/color}}, but the main ones are:
- animal
- plant
- fungi
- bacteria
- amoeba
- virus
If you don't use this parameter, the template will attempt to decide what color to use based on the value of kingdom. Default color is a light blue.
Besides the usual kingdom, phyllum, class, order, genus, species, variety that most are familiar with, this taxobox also contains a lot of those weird fields like superphyllum and subfamily that you'll find over at Wikipedia. Like everything from Wikipedia, they are mostly non-essential.
