Form 1 used to be the only way to call this template. A VFD discussion for Category:Holy Law of Uncyclopedia concluded there ought to be separation of Uncyclopedia:Don't Eat Waffles Here (a joke) and Uncyclopedia:Beginner's Guide/Cyberbullying (a serious rule).
Form 3 can be used for serious advice that isn't ban worthy, such as Uncyclopedia:Choice of Words, or other writing tips.
