This is a documentation subpage for Template:Namespace detect.

Usage

This is a meta-template. It isn't usually called directly. It is used by {{Nouserspace}}, for example, to keep user pages out of article categories.

Each parameter corresponds to a namespace, with text to include for each. The parameter |other= corresponds to namespaces not matched by a more specific parameter.
