Namespaces are prefixes that separate articles from other logical sections of the wiki. Articles have no namespace prefix, so can be linked more easily. Because a page can have the same title in different namespaces, the prefix is included when making links.

Common namespaces include:

Talk:
Talk pages to discuss articles
User:
User pages
User talk:
User talk pages
File:
Images and other media
Forum:
Posts in the Uncyclopedia:Village Dump
Category:
Categories

Symbol comment vote.svg Note: For files and categories, precede the link with a colon : to link to it: [[:File:Example.jpg]] or [[:Category:Example]]. Otherwise the image will be inserted or the page will be added to that category.

Searches can be filtered for specific namespaces. Perform a namespace-filtered search.
