From Pee Review

I wrote this as a companion piece to Martin Van Buren, mostly because I was struck with the sudden realization that the character bashing in that article is basically the platform that William Henry Harrison used to get elected in 1840. This article is a really good example of my "actual content can be funny" philosophy. The whole log-cabin campaign was so anticlimactic (due to Harrison's death after only one month in office) that you don't need to throw in absurdity to make it funny. I don't check out Uncyclopedia a lot because the level of humor has started to disappoint me, but this article was very funny and - from what I remember from my US History course - decently accurate as well. Thanks for the laughs and giggles --Johnfn 01:33, 21 December 2007 (UTC)
