This page is cruel and mean and completely ignores her achievements as a prize fighter.

I can agree with you there. Of course, the real Helen Keller’s activism was quite interesting. She was a radical socialist (basically, a Marxist). The media in her time loved the inspirational story of a blind and deaf girl learning to talk and read.
