Here are my impressions (for what they're worth - I'm not an admin):
Humour - 7 - The article was funny, especially clever and consistent. Specialized audience, though. I think it's hard to pull this kind of humour off.
Concept - 7 - Very clear all the way through. Like a roast, but funnier.
Prose and Formatting - 7 - Good writing style. Organized well. The "baby! was a little bit irritating after awhile.
Images - 9 - Almost slapstick, but okay. Did you actually create them for the article? The specificity of the images was amazing. You get a high score for excellent image construction.
Miscellaneous - 8 - This is a well-conceived, well-constructed article. I ignore the "baby!" after the first three sentences, but I understand they're necessary for consistency. I think you've put a lot of work into this, and it shows. With the possible exception of more silliness, I can't suggest anything further. For the right audience, it will be quite amusing.

Perhaps you're missing an opportunity to wrap the article up with His Happy Destiny, baby! Or connect him to being the point-man for Marklar invasion, baby! More randomness can be funny. I didn't review this article because it didn't seem finished. Hope this helps.--Schizo Master
