Thanks for the reply. The page does seem to be protected to Autoconfirm (that is, against anonymous editors and new users). This implies it has suffered abuse in the past; as a registered user, if you would please be patient, you will be able to apply the edits 72-96 hours after you registered your user name. Thanks.
