Forum:VFH dramas
I've noticed a new trend recently of very long and dramatic discussions in VFH where against votes cannot pass without four other people giving a whole lecture about what's wrong or right about that vote, and those discussions eventually escalate into dramas.
So hereby is the cabal decree X452/89: NO MORE VFH DRAMAS. If you absolutely must say something about a specific vote, you can discuss it, nicely, with the voter or on the VFH talk page. Just remember, against votes are legitimate and it is everyone's right to vote against something.
If you believe an against vote is unwarranted, invalid or problematic for some reason, talk to an admin, don't start a whole discussion on the voting page.
Note to those who vote against: as a side note, I encourage you to give honest reasons, NICELY. meh, shit, crap, worst thing I ever saw is not a vote that will encourage the writer to further work on the article. Be nice, we're all trying to write humor in the end of the day.
Thank you citizens, we shall now return to our regular programs.
- I agree with what you're saying. Endless VFH discussions were getting a bit annoying (such as in the Great Britain incident), and as much as it frustrates me when someone votes against something I vote for, and vice versa, I guess I just have to get over myself. /rant. - Well, if somebody does give a reason like "this sucks" or "I don't like your username" it really should not count. I don't care about my articles, but when people do that to a new user: god damn. • <16:24 May 25, 2009>
- I tend to agree with Cajek. And also with this cabal decree, things were kinda getting out of hand. 16:32, 25 May 2009 (UTC)

- Okay, I didn't read anything that you wrote but...is it still okay to go apeshit over against votes? If not, is it still okay to friggin' lose it over them? Sir Modusoperandi Boinc! 17:06, 25 May 2009 (UTC)
- from what I understand, not only is it ok Modus, it is strongly suggested that you go apeshit over against votes Pirate Lord__Sonic80 (Yell • Latest literary excretion) __ 17:09, 25 May 2009 (UTC)

- Me dresses up as the blue power ranger as that is a legitimate reason for whoreing my article which everyone loved and got no against votes. Also on a more serious note I do agree with Mordillo but on the other hand I do think discussion of any vote can be helpful, and perhaps newer users (and even us of the established) don't think of using the VFH talk page. ~Orian57~ ~Talk~ 23:03 25 May 2009
