A term to describe a psychotically crazed, demonstrably unstable, and barking mad individual who suffers from epic bouts of delusional insanity, fits of frenzied lunacy, or is just plain balls-to-the-wall nutso. Such individuals are known for their legendary ability to make even the simplest task impossible, and to annoy the living shit out of all with whom they come in contact as a result of their unbalanced mental state.

   Examples of such behavior include: Speaking to non-existent persons, Uncontrollable fits of cacophonous screaming, persistent thoughts of suicide, belief that Jodi Arias is really just an honest girl who is misunderstood, and listening to Justin Beiber music.
