It is therefore important for the author to note the following:
while there is no actual mens sana quod domini reason for such action to take place, the sides of the quarrel having equal standing in the possible procedure, and the author of the article having clear seniority in regard to the editing rights, the Department wants to bring to the attention of the author that some advantages of the nature mentioned earlier might be useful as concerning the appropriate support of the functioning of the legislative wing of Uncyclopedia, i.e. the Uncyclopedia Legal Department, or UnLegal.
Rights of an IP at risk; legal action imminent
It has been brought to the attention of The Uncyclopedia Legal Department that the author of this article has actively been preventing a certain nameless IP from replacing this article's content with the content roughly translatable as "LOL JC was a koksuker!!!??" The UnLegal is considering legal action because a source or sources undisclosable pertaining to statute 38, paragraph 17: "On the undisclosability of sources anonymously supporting causes undisclosable" have been most generous in promoting the cause of gaining more credibility to the legal functions of Uncyclopedia in the form of material advantages the nature of which cannot be disclosed for reasons mentioned in statute 38, paragraph 4: "On undisclosable information concerning the actions of the Uncyclopedia Legal Department".
The Uncyclopedia Legal Department cannot, and will not, take sides in quarrels like this, for the obvious reasons better clarified in its charter, §47: "On reasons financial preventing the Department from taking sides in any legal battle until the winning side has clearly been defined."
In other words, leave a wad of unmarked bills in the trash can outside of the Department and we will see who wins the case.
