Bringing back a deleted category[edit]

I want to make clear why I've re-created the VFD'd Category:UnCommons and am placing files tagged with this template in said category: keeping UnCommons images in a separate category means {{Category diffuse}} placed on Category:Images clearly identifies images that have yet to be sorted out into more specific categories.
