Welcome to the Mother Ship of amateur comedy writing! (Amateur means we don't pay you to do it.)
This is where the original Uncyclopedia wound up. You might as well pick a user name. We have no "partners" that want to sell you stuff. Giving your email simply lets you recover your password; we don't send spam. Uncyclopedians get a talk page, private edit area, and a welcome, maybe, if you actually edit; and we won't de-platform you for your views, if they're funny.
Template talk:Pokémon (video games series)/text
Why "pokkiiman" in the katakana?
- Because Pokémon is a combination of Pocket and Monster, which are English words. --~~FlareNUKE (Page Talk Contrib Final Fantasy III) 09:03, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
Hmmm... Pokemon comes from "POKEtto MONsutaa" which is "Pocket Monsters" So it's PO-KE-MO-N (ポケモン)
- Well, techincally in Nihon-land, it's just "Pocket Monsters", they are never called Pokémon. ~~FlareNUKE (Page Talk Contrib Final Fantasy III) 22:52, 6 August 2006 (UTC)
