Template to make dealing with the banners in the sitenotice easier, in theory.
Usage
- notice = normal sitenotice messages that would go above banners
- vfhalerts = set to something that's not 'none' to enable automatic alerts when VFH health gets low; set to 'short' for one-line alerts
- banner = template name for banner (simple setup) Set this to 'none' to remove the things if something horrible happens.
- For complicated banner setups or banners you can't be bothered to protect, use this page.
