Usage

Meta-template. Direct use is discouraged, because one might forget to specify a license version. Templates like {{LGPL-3.0+}} are equivalent and call this template with the appropriate license version. License may be one of:

• {{LGPL|2.0}}
• {{LGPL|2.0+}}
• {{LGPL|2.1}}
• {{LGPL|2.1+}}
• {{LGPL|3.0}}
• {{LGPL|3.0+}}

Note that LGPLv1.0 doesn't exist as LGPLv2.0 was versioned to match GPLv2.0. Version numbers do not currently change the category, but make potential future machine-readable licensing easier.
