Usage

Any of:

• {{HowTo}}
• {{HowTo|subcategory1}}
• {{HowTo|subcategory1|subcategory2}}
• {{HowTo|subcategory1|subcategory2|subcategory3}}

If called as {{HowTo}}, the page is added to Category:HowTo. If called as {{HowTo|subcategory}}, the page is added to the subcategory instead (example: {{HowTo|Education}} adds page to Category:HowTo/Education).

Hybrid subjects may require more than one category (example: HowTo:Turn Your Computer On might be {{HowTo|Computers|Love}}).

In no case does the HowTo box visually change; the parameter is only for categorization. If the subcategory specified does not exist yet, the category shows up as a redlink at the bottom of the page. Current sub-categories can be found on the Category:HowTo page, and more sub-categories can be made by any user for new topics.
