Description
A simple copyright template for MediaWiki:Licenses to tag uploaded files with a frequent Wikimedia Commons license pairing: GFDL 1.2+ and CC-BY-SA 3.0
When substituted, becomes exactly equivalent to {{Multi|GFDL-1.2+|Cc-by-sa-3.0}}
Wikimedia Commons started "migrating licenses" in 2009 with the GFDL template, though it was discontinued in 2018. This template should be applied to files listed on Commons as having both GFDL 1.2 or later and CC-BY-SA 3.0 licensing terms.
