Needs more funny without being stupid. Anyone want to help?

I've begun the article, but it seems almost too close to real and not enough funny. Anyone want to pad the almost-true parts with more funny to make it less not-funny?

Make it a play on words about the word "Fission" sometimes being pronounced with "fish" in it. IE, "it is the process of taking a salmon, and breaking it apart into smaller guppies, thus creating a lot of energy". --epynephrin 04:17, 6 April 2006 (UTC)

Fish joke is old... made it play more on the funding aspect... take a look, see how it works.
