umm...silicon valley = nerds? While i may be one, this area isnt a buncha NERDS...that statement doesnt seem very accurate. in the sense that its not funny. Im not offended, but whatever.
why not mentioning our lack of recognition? (who the hell has heard of san jose?}~ NEZLR

- The fall of western civilization has just begun. California is where you want to be, where is at. To watch the state government screw up everything (i.e. our state budget), the Feds look at us Californians as assholes (i.e. refuse to bail us out) and finally, the third world overpopulated us through illegal border entries (i.e. the welfare costs to support a large underclass). California may as well slide into the Pacific Ocean by a 10.1 earthquake epicentered somewhere between L.A. or San Francisco, while Sacramento turns into a beach town and San Diego is an island among the Channel Islands (L0L).+71.102.2.206 14:04, 14 April 2009 (UTC)
- And should I mention NO ONE IS HIRING? Don't move in California, you can't afford a loft over your head, no business owner wants to pay a special 50% tax to keep shop, and the nation's 3rd highest unemployment rate is 15-20% with the farming area above 25% jobless rate! - The world map needs to "accurately" depict California includes Japan, the two Koreas, the two Chinas, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and the "Holy land" of Israel-the Jewish state. I guess it is right that Arnold's Austria and the California 2.0 Chile could well be part of the Californian Empire, while it does creep upward north (Oregon) and eastward (Nevada or Arizona) and its' spores landed in places like Denver and Seattle. + 71.102.12.55 12:49, January 2, 2011 (UTC)
