You open the car door, and step out. Steam is bubbling from the crushed radiator, as these Yugoslav models must be pretty touchy. The man you struck is lying on the dark street in your headlights, screaming in pain. A pool of blood is spreading around him. Oh well, accidents happen.

As you walk over to the man to help him to his feet, you slip on the blood and go down, striking your head. When you wake up you find that the man has apparently stolen your car, since both are gone. How rude of him. It is probably even ruder that he left you with about a dozen street grues, who have been attracted by the blood and immediately rip you into shreds.
It appears that the last blow was too much for you. I'm afraid that you are dead.
As you take your last breath, you feel relieved of your burdens. The feeling passes as you find yourself before the gates of Hell, where the spirits jeer at you and deny you entry. Your senses are disturbed. The objects in the dungeon appear indistinct, bleached of color, even unreal.
