You fly up. With the power of the sugar in your bloodstream, you easily break through the ceiling. You continue to fly up, higher and higher, until you get to outer space. Then you realize there's no atmosphere in outer space, so you're likely to explode in a shower of blood and gore. Fortunately, there's also no light, so you're even more likely to be eaten by a space grue, which is exactly what happens.
