You confidently stride towards it, but pause just before you step through. You slowly turn around.

Death pauses for an awfully long time before replying.

"WHAT? BUT WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO KNOW THAT?"

> "Oh, no reason. Except that, in the time it took you to answer that question, I have deducted that you... are not Death at all!"

"GASP!" gasps Death with a gasp.
