Game:You Have Sinned/Help

You decide to help the poor old lady. She says, "Why, thank you...could you take that medicine of mine out of my purse, I'm blind without my glasses and I can't tell which ones they are." You take out the medicine, but notice that all of it is some language you can't read. "How many am I supposed to take, sweety?" the lady asks you. You say, guessing:

>>Eight bloody pills
