Uncyclopedia is different from Wikipedia in that too many cooks spoil the broth. While Wikipedians can make articles "better" by pooling their "knowledge", it's harder for a community to collaborate on an Uncyclopedia article because everyone would try to take it in a different direction. That's why so many pages get deleted--they're no good and we can't/won't do anything with them. I for one can't tell where you're trying to go with that article. Try improving it into a readable and quasi-finished form and then take it to Pee Review to make it even better.
