Pictures with a glowing Dong in Them was an art exhibit that ran in the Louvre during the summer of 2006. On tour across the French countryside, the anonymous creator got the idea for the exhibit while in the tub. He said "It never occurred to me that my green penis was so unique. Of course, to be anomalous is to be beautiful. This is especially true for penises."
He painted a variety of sketches in MS Paint and showed them to his friends, who said they were okay.
