Category:Bands that got deleted from Wikipedia

We get it, sometimes Wikipedia goes too far in its quest to only include topics that are Notable. But you need publicity for your little band, which isn't famous yet. What better idea to publicize your band than to write a Wikipedia style article for it? Only Wikipedia deleted that article you put there about your band. Here's the thing: Musical bands form and disband every day, in every county of the United States, as well as probably every populated province of other countries. So...to prevent Uncyclopedia to become too cluttered with un-notable band articles, you must make your band article FUNNY if it is to survive long here. The fewer people know about your band and its music, the harder it will be to be funny about it. Making articles about fake bands, by the way, isn't funny just because the band is fake, or the songs are fake. That just clutters our already large wiki with articles that nobody wants to read. This wiki is not all about bands. If it was all about bands, any bands, then any article about any band would be welcomed. But Uncyclopedia is a HUMOR wiki. So, we have developed a notability rule of our own. Would an admin's mother, sister, or close relative possibly know anything about this topic? If not, it does not meet our notability standards, and is unlikely to be funny for a wide audience. You may write what you like as long as you register on this site, keep it clean enough that it doesn't get US in trouble, and keep it in your Userspace. And please, make some effort to be funny about it! You may be a serious musician, but don't take yourself too seriously!
