Word Suggestions[edit]

Add words for consideration here and they will be added to the word of the day queue at our discretion. You may suggest words and very short phrases (compound nouns). Proper nouns are not acceptable (think Scrabble). Words need not be dictionary words as long as they are fairly recognizable faux words (cromulent for example) or words that are in common parlance (pwn for example). If you have requests for specific date/word correlations (explosives - July 4th for example), note that also; words without specific dates will be added to the end of the queue and words for already claimed dates will be ignored or added to the end of the queue. Please add suggestions below:

Word Removal Suggestions[edit]

If you see words on the list which you feel are unfunny, uninteresting, inappropriate, mispelled or should be removed for any other reason, please note the date and word. You might want to include a note as to why it should be removed, and you can feel free to suggest a replacement here or above. Please add suggestions below:

People providing definitions[edit]

I wonder if people realize that these will become links to articles and that providing definitions doesn't do anything at all, especially for words that they've made up and no one has ever heard of. Oh well, its their loss I guess. --Sir gwax (talk) 21:45, 17 Jan 2006 (UTC)
