PHOTOSENSITIVITY WARNING: This image ostensibly violates nearly every photosensitivity guideline known to Western Civilization, including W3C Schools WCAG 1.0 and the United States Federal Government's own Section 508 minimum accessiblity standards. High-contrast flicker at a rate of 20 hertz (supposedly the peak sensitivity frequency). As a bonus, uses nearly the same red and blue used by the banned Pokemon Porygon episode.
