Summary[edit]

ENGLISH: Laura Bozzo's Consular ID issued by the Mexican Consulate in Miami. Unable to receive any official U.S government-issued document due to her ineligibility to enter the United States, upon arriving in Miami through a boat from Cuba, Bozzo went to Mexico's diplomatic mission in that city to receive her equally acceptable Consular ID. This document allows Bozzo to legally operate a motor vehicle, apply for government benefits and run for political office.
